Cancellation Policy:
1. Incase of Peak Days no refund is given on the bookings made.
2. Incase of Non Peak Days a refund of 50% is given if cancelled at least 15 days before arrival.
3. Refunds are usually processed within a week post cancellation of a booking.

Important Guideline Before Picking Peak Day Slots:
For Peak Bathing Days, Visitors are strongly advised to book their accommodation at least one day prior to the Peak Bathing Day and to a minimum of 1 day after the Peak Bathing Day. The Slots are mentioned below for the same. This is necessary on account of Traffic Restrictions that come in force on the afternoon of the day preceding Peak Bathing Day and continue to the morning of the day after the Peak Bathing Day.
